Under a professional UV light source the material cures in only 3-30 seconds, making it suitable for automated lamination lines where cycle time drives output.

In optical bonding, the thickness and uniformity of the adhesive layer determine clarity, haze and long-term reliability. A 365nm or 395nm UV LED curing lamp is recommended. Protective gloves and safety goggles should be worn, and bottles should stay sealed in a cool, dark, dry place with an unopened shelf life of approximately 12 months.
